Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1453) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 85(JUD)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to self-administration and documentation of

and recommended that the members vote yes.
